In early March 2021, the founding trio, composed of Raymond Farhat, former CEO of Saham Finances, Ghalia Benabdeljelil, former Director of Strategic Projects and former Director of the President's Office at Saham, and Ahlam Bennani, head of the M&A department at Saham, welcomed Hajar Benamar as a partner.

Far from being an unknown, Hajar Benamar, a former Saham employee and then CFO of Sanlam Pan-Africa until last February, is reuniting with her former colleagues, with whom she worked for over a decade within the insurance giant.
