Reda joined Emerge Invest in 2026, bringing eight years of private equity experience from internationally renowned platforms.
He began his career at Eurazeo in Paris, where he spent over seven years as an Investment Manager, supporting minority equity transactions and alternative instruments (junior debt and mezzanine) alongside international groups and management teams. He managed the full transaction lifecycle: origination, financial analysis, structuring, investment committee presentations, and negotiations, while actively supporting management teams and boards in managing their financing and growth strategies. He later joined Amethis, a pan-African private equity fund.
