Mohamed Brazi joined Emerge Invest in 2025, bringing over fifteen years of experience in corporate finance and transaction services, including leading cross-border deals in the infrastructure, health/pharma, telecommunications, and industrial sectors.
He began his career at Grant Thornton in audit and financial advisory before moving to Deloitte, where he spent more than ten years in the M&A and Transaction Services teams. There, he supported international corporations and leading private equity funds with their investment and exit operations, particularly in Africa.
Mohamed is a graduate of ISCAE and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
