Before joining Emerge Invest, Amadou Barry gained several experiences in Transaction Advisory Services at Moroccan and French M&A boutiques. In particular, he advised African and French business leaders on several capital transactions covering the mid and small cap segments. Through his experiences, he was able to develop multisectoral expertise as well as a sound knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and LBO issues. Amadou Barry holds a degree from the École Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion of Agadir.
