Before joining Emerge Invest, Hamza Zekri gained diverse experience through several positions in the fields of internal audit, logistics and corporate finance. He notably worked within organizations such as MASEN and Upline Corporate Finance, where he participated in valuation operations as part of complex transactions.

His time at Upline allowed him to become familiar with the main financial valuation methods and to contribute to in-depth analyses in mergers and acquisitions contexts. These experiences consolidated his skills in financial analysis, modelling and corporate strategy.

Hamza demonstrated, from his internship at Emerge Invest, a strong commitment, a rigorous analytical mind and great intellectual curiosity. He today holds the position of M&A Analyst within our team.

A graduate of SKEMA Business School in France, Hamza Zekri officially joined Emerge Invest in July 2025.
