Reda joined Emerge Invest in 2026, with eight years of experience in Private Equity gained within internationally renowned platforms.

He began his career at Eurazeo in Paris, where he spent over seven years as an Investment Manager, supporting minority equity transactions and alternative instruments (junior and mezzanine debt) alongside international groups and management teams. He led the entire transaction lifecycle: origination, financial analysis, structuring, investment committee presentations and negotiations, while actively supporting management teams and boards of directors in managing their financing and growth strategies. He then joined Amethis, a pan-African private equity fund.
