Mohamed Brazi joined the Emerge Invest team in 2025, with over fifteen years of experience in corporate finance and transaction services, particularly in conducting cross-border operations in the infrastructure, healthcare/pharma, telecommunications and industrial sectors.

He began his career at Grant Thornton in audit and financial consulting, before joining Deloitte, where he spent over ten years within the M&A and Transaction Services teams. There, he supported leading international groups and private equity funds in their investment and exit operations, particularly in Africa.

Mohamed is a graduate of ISCAE and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
